I decided to enter a watercolour painting for the RSMA Annual Exhibition for the first time since 2017 and was delighted to be accepted! During a short break to Anglesey, I came across Porth Penrhyn Boatyard where these clinker-built wooden plank boats were being restored.

The RSMA exhibition takes place at The Mall Galleries, London SW1 from Wednesday 16 September to Saturday 26 September 2026, 10am to 5pm daily.
